Marcelo D. Mills, SVP, joined Pacific Mercantile Bank in May 2018 and manages the Irvine Regional Office. A dedicated commercial banker, Marcelo was VP/Senior Relationship Manager for Community Bank in Irvine prior to joining Pacific Mercantile. Earlier in his career, Marcelo had business banking responsibilities with First Citizens Bank and Chase Bank. Marcelo is very active in serving his local community through various philanthropic organizations with multiple board and committee positions. His core competencies include C&I, Commercial Real Estate Lending, Deposits and Treasury Management.
Dawn F. Stille
La Habra Regional Manager
Dawn F. Stille, SVP, joined Pacific Mercantile Bank in April of 2002 and currently serves as the Manager of the Bank’s La Habra Office. Dawn has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Formerly with Landmark Bank, Dawn served in various management positions over a 16-year period. Dawn has been a long-time La Habra resident.
Ontario Regional Manager
Mark Martinez, SVP, leads the Bank’s Ontario Regional Office, having joined Pacific Mercantile Bank in November 2015 as Senior Relationship Manager in Ontario. Mark has over 25 years of commercial business banking experience in Southern California, having served in senior positions with other regional banks including Pacific Premier Bank, Independence Bank and Grandpoint Bank. Mark and his family have lived in the Inland Empire for 23 years.
San Diego Regional Manager
Lisa Wright, SVP, joined Pacific Mercantile Bank in 2018 and manages the San Diego Regional Office. Lisa is a San Diego career banker with over 25 years of experience in commercial banking. She has held leadership positions at a variety of financial institutions in the San Diego Region, including Bank of America, San Diego National Bank and most recently City National Bank. Lisa is a long time La Jolla resident, knows the San Diego market well, and is passionate about working with companies to help them achieve their goals.
